2 days of return and refund according to the laws of the State of Israel

We offer you a period of 2 days from the moment you receive the products in which you can cancel the order and/or return unwanted items. These items must be usable, in resalable condition, in their original packaging, with their original parts. If all the above conditions have been met in full, we will return the money paid for the order in full minus 5% of the payment actually made according to law.

14 day replacement or credit

We offer you a period of 14 days from the moment you receive the products in which you can exchange the products you ordered for other products from the range of products in the store or on the website. These items must be usable, in resalable condition, in their original packaging, with their original parts.

In a situation where the new products that will be replaced with the old ones will be at a lower price than the original price paid, the customer will receive a credit to redeem in the store or on the website at any time he wants for the difference.

Important note

Wet products such as blushes or mascaras cannot be returned or exchanged by law.

Defective products

We always try to provide quality products, but if in rare cases you receive a defective product, we will replace it with a product of the same type after receiving the product and hand it over to the supplier for inspection.
